What actually happened

People spoke about their friends better than they would ever speak about themselves.

We let the pitches run long without a clock, so the last few speakers got a tired room. That was unfair to them. We will keep time properly next time — not to rush anyone, but so the last pitch gets the same room as the first.

Kathmandu gets smaller when we introduce each other on purpose.
